Helen Ainsworth, Managing Director of Harmony Homes

We wish our clients past present and future a very happy and prosperous New Year

2016 finished on a very positive note with two sales agreed in November over 800k and more than usual sales agreed during December with many sales agreed around 200k.

January has started on a very positive note with an increase in Valuations, Property Instructions and Sales agreed compared to last year.

We have approximately four hundred properties on our books and at present we have a significant selection of unique and magnificent properties.  These include large Farmhouses, with stunning panoramic rural and sea views, spacious Mansions on secluded country estates, imposing Gentleman’s residences, luxurious homes with additional separate accommodation or annexes, ‘sea-view’ Penthouses and exclusive developments with beautifully appointed houses and apartments, within walking distance of town centres.  Most of these luxury executive homes are featured in the Prestigious Properties section of our full-colour brochure, however some of our clients prefer to sell their property privately and without publicity.  The Managers of each of our offices will be able to provide information on such properties in their area.

Our Rentals are as busy as ever and we urgently seek new instructions in all price ranges to keep up with the demand.

Whatever your needs, large or small, choose Harmony Homes Estate Agents and we will endeavour to find your Dream Home.

Helen Ainsworth

Managing Director, FNAEA FPC
